How do you punish an immortal?
By making him human.
After angering his father Zeus, the god Apollo is cast down from Olympus. Weak and disoriented, he lands in New York City as a regular teenage boy. Now, without his godly powers, the four-thousand-year-old deity must learn to survive in the modern world until he can somehow find a way to regain Zeus's favour.
But Apollo has many enemies – gods, monsters and mortals who would love to see the former Olympian permanently destroyed. Apollo needs help and he can think of only one place to go . . . an enclave of modern demigods known as Camp Half-Blood.

After reading the heroes of Olympus series, this is a good book to read. It also has Percy in its starting parts. And it is very interesting as Apollo has always been a great GOD.

Its a nice book and all but I think you guys missed a clue….Percy mentioned Annabeth was in Boston for a family problem. Thats where Magnus Chase was. Also in The Blood of Olympus (not sure) Annabeth mentions about her uncle in Boston. Rick makes things connect :).

Mind blowing

The story is well written from Apollo’s view. It’s like a rich dad’s kid who never knew the life of poor people would suddenly become poor. Mind blowing.

Riordan’s Best book since The Lost Hero.Riordan really takes us deep into the character of the egotistical Apollo and is much more of a character driven story than plot driven. He really shows us and makes us feel how A God can feel as a human .Great character development, amazing plot, Perfect humour .This book gets an A+

Met my expectations quite nicely
