This book is miracle.. Its must recommended book for everybody..though you might not be suffering from major depression but little worries still persists in your day to day life! Its so precise and easy language! And short stories are so inspiring! My personal experience- I recite all the rules mentioned in the book before I sleep..so that it fits in my subconscious mind! It has made me more happy person! 🙂

Great value book
You often get most valued deals on Amazon in books section. This great book was available at very reasonable price. But The pages have light brown background, which is readable but I think white background pages are best for reading.
I have recommended this book to so many of my friends as the problem of worry is something that is plaguing the world today. There are people suffering from this worry disease everywhere all around us. This book has changed my thoughts and perspective about life. It’s surprising that a book written decades ago is still relevant to us in the 21st century. Truly life changing book. Must read.
